The Senate has delayed a vote on its bill to replace the Affordable Care Act. However, Medicaid is still in jeopardy! The Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017 (BCRA) puts millions of lives at risk and will increase hunger and poverty. The bill cuts Medicaid by $772 billion and rolls back the Medicaid expansion.

The vote’s been delayed, but your advocacy can’t wait. Call (800-826-3688) your U.S. senators today, and tell them to vote NO on the Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017.

Without Medicaid, many Americans will have to choose between purchasing food or medicine. People with disabilities, children, senior citizens, and low-income adults are able to access lifesaving care because of Medicaid. The BCRA will take that access away from more than 15 million of the most vulnerable Americans who depend on it.

We need to stop this bill — and with your calls, Medicaid has a fighting chance!

Call (800-826-3688) your U.S. senators, and tell them to vote NO on the Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017. Your calls can stop this bill once and for all — and save the lives of millions of Americans. Email your senators if you are unable to call them. This bill must be stopped!
