Registration/Housing

Check-In

Registration and check-in for participants are located at Caldwell Hall  and are open from 1–4 pm on Saturday, June 14, 2008. You will receive a registration packet that will include your room key, security pass, meal card, parking pass if applicable and training materials.

Housing

Participants will be staying at the Regan Residence Hall on campus. The room assignment will be a double occupancy of 2 persons with the same gender in one room.

About Regan Hall

Regan Hall is a three stories red brick building located in the North neighborhood of the main campus. It is a coed housing facility with single gender on each floor/wing. Shared bathroom is located on every floor in the hallways. Amenities in the building include lounge, basic kitchen facilities with refrigerator, and laundry room.

Room Assignments and Amenities

The room assignment will be a double occupancy of 2 persons with the same gender in one room. The room will have two extra long twin beds, two sets of desks and chairs and a couple of small closets. Bed linens set and towels will be provided for each person with an instruction on where to drop off the linens upon check out. 

Computer Center and Ethernet

Ethernet connection is available in all residential rooms on campus. However, you must provide your own Ethernet cable if you are planning to use your laptop in your room. We will provide you with an account code at registration to enable you to access the internet connection. WiFi is not available on campus.

Convenience Store

The Loft is the campus convenience store is located on the first floor of the Pryzbyla Center.  The convenience store sells coffee, drinks, snacks, and personal items.  Hours vary.

Meals

We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout your stay. You will dine at the Edward J. Pryzbyla Center, 3rd floor (all-you-care-to-eat). All you need to do is present your meal card to the attendant. Light refreshments will be provided occasionally at Caldwell Hall.

Parking

If you are driving, you are required to obtain a CUA parking permit. You must let us know prior to your arrival if you need a parking pass. Otherwise you will be responsible for your own parking. The daily rates are $7 per vehicle.

Telephone

Telephone service may be arranged in the residence halls. Phones are not provided. Long distance service is available with the purchase of pre-paid calling card available at the University Bookstore or Pryzbyla Center convenience store
