Pray

Throughout Scripture, God offers abundance and an end to hunger.

It is God's grace in Jesus Christ that moves us to help our neighbors, whether they live in the house next door, in the next state, or on the next continent.

Bread for the World engages Christians and churches in advocating for an end to hunger in the United States and abroad.

By praying for an end to hunger in our world, we participate in God’s work for caring for all people in need.

Bread for the World offers many resources for prayer, worship, education, and reflections around the biblical basis for advocacy. These resources are for use in various circumstances - for individual prayer, for use during a worship service or Mass, in groups, or on special occasions.

Explore our faith-based resources, and find tools to use in your prayer life.
