Please note that, except for the beginning time and the 9:00 am press conference, the schedule is subject to adjustment in order to accommodate our meeting with a representative of the U.S. delegation to the G20.

Tuesday, September 22
7:00 pm	Gathering for briefing and prayer First Presbyterian Church 320 Sixth Avenue
9:00 pm	Transportation to hotels
Wednesday, September 23
8:30 am	Assemble in Renaissance Hotel lobby 107 Sixth Street
9:00 am	Press Conference Renaissance Hotel Symphony A conference room
10:00 am	Procession to First Presbyterian Church (about an 8 minute walk)
10:30 am	Debrief press conference. Meet with representative of U.S. G20 delegation.
12:00 noon	Prayers
12:30 pm	Lunch served at the church

Our meetings will be held at the historic First Presbyterian Church, 360 Sixth Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh, about four blocks from the convention center where the G20 will meet.

The church will also host us for lunch on Wednesday.

The press conference will be held at the Renaissance Hotel, 107 Sixth Street, about six short blocks from the church.

(Note that Sixth Street and Sixth Avenue are different streets).

The Renaissance, a classic downtown hotel, is the site of the Non Governmental Organizations press venue.

Our press conference will be followed by others throughout the day, addressing issues of poverty, debt, disease, and the environment.
