Bulletin Announcements: May 12, 2008

Use this version to cut and paste into your bulletin or newsletter:

Responding to the global hunger crisis, Bread for the World's Recipe for Hope campaign continues through Father's Day. Each week, we add two ingredients, something you can do and something you can say.  This week, register to participate in a May 21 phone briefing by Bread for the World President David Beckmann on the causes and effects of skyrocketing food prices. And urge your members of Congress to reexamine U.S. policies that spur the conversion of food into fuel and their impact on hungry people. You will find all this and more, including prayers for the hunger crisis, at www.bread.org/recipeforhope.
