Mobilizing People of Faith

"Our parish supports Bread for the World because it magnifies our voice in Washington, D.C. on behalf of poor and hungry people." — Father James F. Fetscher, St. Louis Catholic Church, Miami

The members of St. Louis Catholic Church are among the thousands of people in many Christian denominations who have convinced their church to support Bread for the World as part of their mission and ministry.

God’s grace in Jesus Christ moves us to help our neighbors, whether they live in the next house, the next state or the next continent. We know that, with God’s help, we can end widespread hunger once and for all.

We work toward a just world in which every person has an opportunity to thrive. We participate in showing God’s love and honor the dignity and worth of our neighbors.

Does your faith invite you to end hunger?
