30,000 Signatures Delivered to the White House
Yesterday, Bread for the World staffers hand-delivered our presidential petition to the West Wing. We met with White House staff and presented them with more than 30,000 of your signatures! Thank you to all those who signed. Your signatures helped to underscore the important message we carried to the White House—we need the president to set a goal and work with Congress to end hunger. Help us reach 50,000 signatures by the time of our next petition delivery: please sign, if you haven’t already, and encourage your friends to do so, as well. Share the petition using Bread’s online petition recruiting page or Facebook. Let’s continue to show the president that the movement to end hunger has momentum.
