Bread Slices

October 2013

There’s Still Time to Order Materials for Bread for the World Sunday!

There’s still time to order resource materials for your church’s celebration of Bread for the World Sunday this fall.  Many churches are planning their event for October 20, but other churches will select dates in November or early December.

You may order free copies of worship bulletin inserts and pew or offering envelopes.  To make sure your supplies arrive in time, please place your order now . A new resource kit includes a lectionary study of Luke 18:1-8 by Dr. Greg Carey, professor of New Testament at Lancaster Theology Seminary.  These items – along with PowerPoint slides, additional prayers, and other resources – can be viewed and downloaded at www.bread.org/sunday.
