Coordinator, Business Operations and Communications

The Alliance to End Hunger engages diverse institutions to build the public and political will to end hunger. Established in 2014, the Alliance has grown into a coalition of nearly 100 organizations and also serves as the national hub for the 70 members of the Hunger Free Communities Network.

We are looking for a self-motivated team-player to join our small Washington, D.C. based staff as Coordinator for Business Operations and Communications. The coordinator will support office operations (50%) and communications (50%) to promote and strengthen the work of the Alliance to End Hunger. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preference for a degree in English, communications, or journalism) and at least one year or equivalent of relevant experience related to social media/communications.
