We are seeking a motivated professional to assist in providing departmental leadership by assisting with strategy development, supervising/supporting staff and being a subject expert or lead as requested by the director in one or more areas. Work with the director to develop strategies and tactics to enable organizing and Next Gen to advance the organization’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a proven track record in organizing with a minimum of 7 years’ organizing experience.
