Angela Rupchock-Schafer

Plymouth, Ind.

Angela Rupchock-Schafer is director of development and communications at Marshall County Community Foundation. She is a Bread for the World 2008 Hunger Justice Leader and a Bread activist. Rupchock-Schafer serves as chair of the Marshall County Food Council and is a founding member of the Indiana Food Council Network. She is currently running for Plymouth City Council (District #4), and is eager to implement hunger and poverty related policy changes at the local level. She holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and will graduate in May 2019 from Chicago Theological Seminary with a certificate in Theological Studies. She is a deacon in her home church, Grace United Church of Christ.
